Ifunanya is a crusader for the next generation of designers, particularly aspiring female talents. She's all about excellent design and supporting new designers, especially young women. Through her leadership and mentorship, this community has become a space where talents and growth are nurtured.

Ifunanya's commitment to mentorship and empowerment extends beyond STAD. Since the inception of Genesys Upskill in 2022, she has partnered with the program to provide mentors and facilitators to help Newbies transition into tech at no cost. Her contribution has created opportunities for individuals looking to transition into tech, showing that mentorship can be a powerful force for change.
